New York-Style Bagels WIP

A gluten free version of a deli classic. Twice-proved, boiled, and baked. This is a time-consuming recipe but it's worth it when only a real bagel will satisfy.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Pamela's 1:1 Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Eggs, Large
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Tapioca Starch
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2.5 tsp Yeast
  • Optional: Other flavoring like onion powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, etc.
